Compass College Church
Our Story
We comprise a network of collegiate ministries that span over 60+ campuses across the United States.
For more than 15 years, our vision of establishing an "Acts 2 Church in Every College Town" has led us to empower over 800 co-vocational ministers, who have successfully planted churches in various college towns throughout the United States.
Fueled by committed volunteers, we are a community of ordinary individuals who come together with a shared passion for introducing college students to the Gospel and raising up fellow Kingdom workers.
Leadership
Meet our pastoral couple, Pastor Will and Esther, whose journey of faith began during their college years at UC Berkeley. Both came to know Christ during this transformative time, inspired by a community of college students who were passionate about studying God's Word and living it out. This experience ignited their own passion for college ministry. They understand the unique challenges and opportunities that college students face and are dedicated to creating a space where students can ask questions, seek truth, and grow in their relationship with God. Pastor Will and Esther are now regional directors where they oversee our ministries in the DMV area.
