More Than a Resume

Today's job market is more competitive and uncertain than ever, with challenges like H-1B hurdles leaving many feeling stuck. A resume can get you noticed, but it won't set you apart on its own. In this talk, we'll look at what it takes to truly stand out—developing the right mindset, finding mentors who can guide you, and building the emotional resilience to handle rejection and setbacks. By shifting your focus beyond credentials, you'll gain tools to approach the job search with confidence, clarity, and support.
